The Academy is the Center of Excellence judgment floor for the suite — not a sixth agent. Training emphasizes pin-judged fused reporting, ranked options, and warm handoffs between seats. Diplomas and crest issuance require a certified PASS gate; we do not claim PASS without evidence.
